Now a little word from David..

"Hello Everyone.....I think I am going mad....
I have decided to run the 2007 Flora London Marathon, what a challenge it will be, I hope you can all support me through the 26.2 miles to the finish line.

The Charity I am running for is Macmillan Cancer Support. It is an excellent charity that does very valuable work for thousands of people. Macmillan improves the lives of people affected by cancer. They provide practical, medical, emotional and financial support and push for better cancer care.

Cancer is something that affects us all throughout our lives, and we can all help in a small way to better the lives of the sufferers and their families.

So, while I am still young with good health I feel it's very important to help those who are not as fortunate as me. Also, the running of the marathon falls on the same date as the 11th anniversary of my Dad's passing away, this is why I have chosen a charity close to mine and my families hearts. This makes the day a special one for all concerned.

So, any kind of donation would be greatly appreciated by me and Macmillan. Donation through this site is simple, fast and totally secure.

Railtex 07 - After show

Health & Safety Consultant
Julia Hudson-Morgan was recently appointed as Spartan Safetys 'Health & Safety Consultant'. From now on Julia will be taking charge of all Health & Safety issues as well as many rolls covering Environmental Safety, Risk Assesment and Safety Aduits including Link-Up.

Railtex 07 - Pre show
This year we will again be exhibiting at the Railtex 07 exhibition at London ExCel from the 20th - 22nd of February 2007.

RAILTEX 07 will be the eighth in this series of highly successful trade shows that have become a showcase for the best in railway technology and innovation.

RPA - Rail Plant Show '06
We recently attended the RPA (Rail Plant Association) Rail Plant Show at the Midland Railway Trust, Swanwick Station & Museum Site.

The event took place over 2 days - 12th & 13th of September. Set in a picturesqu e area of Derbyshire and a superb setting for any rail associated products. With its own old station and rail sidings.

We were very warmly welcomed by all of the exhibitors and visitors alike and many were pleased to see something a little different from the plant equipment.

Thanks to all of those that visited us on our stand over the 2 days. We look forward to doing business with you in the future..

Run Kerry Run!!!
Kerry, the daughter of Clive Jones, our Sales Director ran for her life on Sunday the 2nd of July.

OK, so it wasnt her life but it was in aid of many other peoples lives (in aid of Cancer Research UK). The race took place in Cambridge over a distance of 5km.

This weekend turned out to be one of the hottest of the year! so we would like to congratulate all who took part and say Well Done to Kerry for her vailant effort of the 5kms in 26mins coming in, in front of the pack.

Kerry managed to raise over £500 for charity.
